Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States takes 2–5 business days. We ship with FedEx, UPS or DHL, and you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders over $35 ship free. For smaller orders the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

No. For orders to the United States, Canada and the European Union we pay the duties and import taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier, and every order has tracking.

Custom and personalized pieces need 7–10 business days of production before they ship. Large decorative pieces made to order, such as big vases, can take up to 21 business days in total.

Email info@evanilife.com with your order number and a photo of the piece and the packaging. We send a replacement free of charge.

You can return or exchange a piece within 15 days of delivery. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Any 2 pieces from our kitchen and table collections save 10%, and 3 or more save 15%. The saving is applied automatically in your cart, and you can mix designs and categories.

Yes. Add two vessel sinks to your cart, in the same design or two different ones, and 10% is taken off the pair automatically.

In Kütahya, Türkiye, a city whose ceramic workshops go back centuries. Evanilife has been making hand-painted ceramics there since 2018.

No. Each piece is painted by hand, so colours and brushwork differ slightly from one piece to the next. That variation is what makes each one unique.

The pieces we make for food and drink, such as mugs, teapots, bowls and oil dispensers, are described on their product pages as lead-free and food-safe. Decorative plates, vases and tiles are made for display.

It depends on the piece, so check the care notes on its product page. Garlic grater plates are dishwasher safe but not suitable for the microwave. Trivets, coasters and pieces with gold detailing should be wiped clean by hand.

Rub a peeled garlic clove in small circles over the raised teeth in the centre of the dry plate until it becomes a paste. Add olive oil straight onto the plate for a dip, or gather the paste and add it to your pan. It also works for ginger, nutmeg and citrus zest.

Every sink design comes in five diameters: 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 inches (25 to 45 cm). They sit on top of the countertop, have a standard-size drain hole and are usually paired with a tall vessel faucet or a wall-mounted faucet. Professional installation is recommended.
