Do the sugar bowls come with a lid?

Yes, each sugar bowl includes its lid. Height and width are listed on the product page.

What else can I use a lidded ceramic bowl for?

They are often used for sweets, spices, salt or small keepsakes as well as sugar.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States takes 2–5 business days with FedEx, UPS or DHL, and every order has tracking. Large decorative pieces made to order can take up to 21 business days.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

No. For orders to the United States, Canada and the European Union we pay the duties and import taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

What happens if my order arrives broken?

Send us a photo of the piece and the packaging and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Can I return a piece?

Yes. You can return or exchange a piece within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and custom-made pieces cannot be returned.
