Good to know before you order

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most of our mugs are, and it is stated on each product page under the description. Please check the page of the mug you choose, because care differs between shapes and glazes.

Do the mugs come in sets?

Yes. Many designs are sold as a set of two or a set of six, and single mugs are available too. The number of pieces is in the product title.

Is there a saving when I buy several mugs?

Yes. Any 2 pieces in your cart save 10%, applied automatically. You can mix mugs with anything else in the shop.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States takes 2–5 business days with FedEx, UPS or DHL, and every order has tracking. Large decorative pieces made to order can take up to 21 business days.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

No. For orders to the United States, Canada and the European Union we pay the duties and import taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.

What happens if my order arrives broken?

Send us a photo of the piece and the packaging and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Can I return a piece?

Yes. You can return or exchange a piece within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and custom-made pieces cannot be returned.
